Concierge Services

Concierge servicesPMS Riviera is offering as well a full Concierge Services if needed !

It can be from ordering groceries prior arrival to booking ‘hard to get in” restaurants, arranging a chauffeur, organising private Yoga lesson on site, renting a yacht, daily cleaning…….No limit !

The minima will be to make sure that bed linen and towels are set up in the villa, management for the final cleaning on departure , cleaning of bed linen and towels with replacement in the villa.

A daily local assistance is present, just a phone call away just to answer guests questions and concerns.

A local phone number and/or email is given to the travellers upon their arrival, with a large span of availability hours (24H – 7/7) ,  to make sure to provide a high quality service regarding the various needs of our guests and take care of them.

Our goal is to make your guests happy with their stay at your home !

Check in / Check out

Greetings hours offer a large amplitude (from 8 am to 10 pm everyday) to welcome your guests and hand them the keys after a full presentation of the villa or the apartment.

We take in consideration our guest travelling by plane and who might be subject to delays or others unplanned situations.

PMS Riviera will be reachable at any time for this kind of situations and will take all the necessary actions in order to greet the guests.

Then we will set up an appointment for the departure day with a full check of the premises, payment of various fees such as “final cleaning” or any other taxes.
We will then get the keys returned to us and , if no dammage are noted, we will give back the guarantee deposit if we detained it or tell the owner to do so if the latest has been holding the deposit.

Occupancy Planning Management

In agreement with the owners, we put together an occupancy planning, we block desired weeks for a private occupancy and we offers the others for the rental.

Upon each confirmation of a booking, the planning is updated on the various websites and a mail is being send to the owner to confirm the rental of the property.

 

A regular communication between the owners and PMS Riviera guarantee a good planning management

Marketing

The first step to market your property would be to established a detailed description, an inventory of valued objects with pictures (done by the owner), a study and bench marking to decide on the rates, and a upcoming scheduled meeting for a photo shoot to be used  for the advertising.

The second step will be the implementation of the various marketing actions in order to show your property : selection of pictures, check of the description, rates approval, upload on various dedicated internet sites, as well as on PMS Riviera website.

Analysis of your property

This first analysis of your property, will be a study of the location, the surrounding, the equipement quality of your villa or your apartment, will allow us to evaluate the seasonal rental value based on the market trends.

Analysis

We would advise you on the eventual features to be added, the legal diagnostics to be done, legal documents to be implemented, etc…while guiding you in these actions.

Booking request management

entete_reservationIn order to best manage the reservation request, a fast answer (within 24h00) is given either by mail or by phone.

We valid the dates, the rates and request a deposit (directly wired to the owner’s bank account) in order to confirm the reservation.

Then we communicate with the travellers to make sure that the balance due of the rental, as well as the guarantee deposit are wired prior their arrival.

Eventually, we will accept a “guarante deposit” in cash to be kept by PMS Riviera and return to the guests after check-out if no damage has been noticed.

The planning update is being taking care of on the various websites as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Then we plan the arrival time in order to provide a quality greeting.
