entete_reservationIn order to best manage the reservation request, a fast answer (within 24h00) is given either by mail or by phone.

We valid the dates, the rates and request a deposit (directly wired to the owner’s bank account) in order to confirm the reservation.

Then we communicate with the travellers to make sure that the balance due of the rental, as well as the guarantee deposit are wired prior their arrival.

Eventually, we will accept a “guarante deposit” in cash to be kept by PMS Riviera and return to the guests after check-out if no damage has been noticed.

The planning update is being taking care of on the various websites as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Then we plan the arrival time in order to provide a quality greeting.
